Uploads + processing
What's the maximum file size?
200 MB per PDF on all plans. If you have a larger file, email support@magzera.com — we'll figure something out for you.
How long does processing take?
Most PDFs are ready in under a minute. A 200-page magazine takes about 90 seconds end-to-end (upload → rasterize → tile pyramid → CDN propagation).
Which PDF features are supported?
Vector text, raster images, embedded fonts, anti-aliased graphics. We rasterize at 200 DPI by default — your readers see a high-fidelity image of each page.
Will animations or interactive PDFs work?
No. We render static images of each page. Form fields, embedded videos, and interactive overlays are flattened.
Sharing + embedding
How do I embed a flipbook?
Open the flipbook detail page in your dashboard — there's an
<iframe> snippet you can copy. Paste it anywhere that accepts HTML.Can I password-protect a flipbook?
Coming soon. Pro and Business plans will get per-flipbook passwords plus expiring links and IP allow-lists.
Will my flipbook appear in Google search?
By default, yes — the /f/[shortId] page is indexable and has OG + Twitter cards. The /embed variant is no-indexed so iframes don't dilute your hosting page's SEO.
Custom domains
How does custom domain setup work?
On Pro+, add your hostname under Settings → Domains, add a CNAME at your DNS pointing to
cname.magzera.com, wait ~2 minutes for the cert to issue. Done.Can I use a subdomain (e.g. magazine.example.com)?
Yes, any subdomain works. Apex domains (example.com) also work via ALIAS / ANAME if your DNS supports it.
How many custom domains can I have?
Pro = 1, Business = 10. If you need more, email sales@magzera.com.
Billing
How does billing work?
Stripe-powered, monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 7 days of the most recent charge, no questions asked. Just email info@magzera.com.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Annual billing with a 2-month discount is on the roadmap once we have more pricing data.
