Your content stays yours
You retain copyright over anything you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, process (rasterize, tile, cache), and serve the content as part of providing the service.
What you can’t upload
Content you don’t have rights to. Material that’s illegal in Canada or your jurisdiction. Anything CSAM, terrorism-related, malware, or designed to harass. Violation = account termination and possible legal referral.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds within 7 days of the most recent charge, no questions, just email us.
No warranty, limited liability
Service provided as-is. We’ll do our best to keep things running, but if there’s an outage that loses you money, our liability is capped at the last 12 months of fees you paid us.
